Baking Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
2. Remove muffin pucks from the plastic tray.
3. Place 15 muffin pucks into the 15 count metal baking pan.
4. Place the 15 count muffin pans on the (12) pan baking rack; if a 12 pan baking rack is not available, you can use a 10 pan baking rack.
5. Do not mix flavors on pans or racks.
6. Roll racks of muffins into oven. Close the door (quickly).
7. Immediately lower the temperature to 360 degrees.
8. Set timer for 32-40 minutes -Baking ime may vary depending on individual oven and shop conditions
9. Carrier tray is not oven safe
