Is Gold Medal’s Breeze Commercial Cotton Candy Machine easy to operate?
Yes, it is user friendly. Always refer to the owner’s manual. Power the machine on, then fill the spinner head with Flossugar until about 90% full. Turn on the Motor Switch, wait about 10 seconds, then turn on the Heat Switch and twist the Heat Control Knob to its maximum setting. Once the machine starts to make floss, adjust the Heat Control Knob to maintain optimal floss production without burning or smoking. Use a cotton candy cone to wind the floss then serve. It can produce 2-3 servings per minute.
Can I use store-bought sugar for my own recipes?

Hint: When putting the stabilizer net into the floss pan, never place it tightly against the pan. It should be in an octagon shape. This will enable the floss (cotton candy) to grab onto the netting better. Let a nice web of candy build up onto the net, then gently lift out with a floss cone (item 463151, sold separately).
